I have always used a mixed protein from dymatize fusion 7 to be exact but it has to many carbs so its goin to be reserved for carb nite.3. BCAA's when to use them and are there any drinkable that don't have Ace K?For now that all I can think of. I have my coconut oil and coffee ready. Thanks for help.
You can use 20 g of BCAAs or 5 g of Leucine in your PWO shake. You don't need both. Try to find a shake with sucralose (Splenda) in it. You could also use Splenda tablets, but not powdered Splenda.

Use them occasionally but don't make them a staple. They cause bloat and inflammation in the stomach area.2. How necessary is isolate pwo? Use the Fusion 7 for a milk-type liquid for a Carb Nite and/or cereal.3. BCAA's when to use them and are there any drinkable that don't have Ace K?Use those up in a PWO Shake. Then stick to straight Leucine. Those other amino acids won't really do your body any good like Leucine by itself can. For now that all I can think of. I have my coconut oil and coffee ready.
