is coffee with a sweetener breaking the fast?I was reading the forum and got a bit confused :/

Not it's not if the sweetner has a low carb amount. I use double cream with coffee when I wake and then have “breakfast” about 2-4 hours later.

the sweetener contains sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin
