    Yep, was just trying to say her hair looked VERY frizzy, brittle and wispy. Just imagine what her bone composition looks like.

    Veganism is extremely unhealthful, and they say that the hair, skin and nails are the spots of the body where our inner-health shows externally.  When I decided to go Veg., I went Lacto-Ovo -- it is sustainable.  Looking at me, you'd figure I consume meat... most people do.  I look like a 6-foot muscular viking (the blonde hair doesn't help).  LOL.Cory

    I definitely will be posting pics in my log once I hit my mark on CNS.  That said, my avatar is a picture of me (the original is much larger -- this site shrinks stuff).  😉For an Irishman I am quite blonde, which probably means I do have that Viking-invader blood in there.Cory
