    1. If I'm at the end of my 10 day reorientation phase, is it recommended to train on the carb load day before the load? I'm thinking the answer is yes, and I know this sounds like a dumb question but just want to be sure.2. Is it ok to do 45min-1hour low intensity walks with my dog on a couple my off days to help burn fat?3. If my last meal is at 10pm the night before, should my next meal be at 10am at the very latest since Kiefer says to keep burning fat and stay in ketogenisis you should prolong your first meal as long as possible on SA?4. If I want to take plain psylium husk for some extra regularity does it matter if I take around a meal time? The reason I ask is because I was wondering if the psyllium husk would maybe absorb some of the fat I just ate and prevent it from getting into my system since it basically acts like a sponge. Just a thought I had not based on anything other than my imagination.5. Kiefer always refers to eating sweet potatoes on his carb loads, but yams are usually what most bodybuilders eat, e.g. the bright orange tubers, sweet pototoes at least in CA, tend to be the paler and ironically less sweet cousins, but some people get them mixed up, was wondering if he really means yams?

    1. yes2. you may but the contribution to the fat loss will be minimal3. 12 hours of complete fast. you can break it simply with some coffee and MCT/coconut oil4. psyllium shouldn't be necessary for most with the high fat intake but you can take it, just definitely not during the CBL portion of your day.5. sweet potatoes (not yams) have considerably higher GI score over yams, I'd stick to those.
