Utilizing CNS while working night shift

    I was wondering your thoughts on how cortisol/hormone levels fluctuate w/ overnight shift work. I work from 7p-7a about 2 days/wk. I was thinking about having my carb nite on a night I’m at work, maybe starting at 1 or 2am, stopping at 7am, and in bed by 8am. Is this a bad idea? (I have been following your CNS for 5 weeks now)
