So I have started CBL protocol this week but have some questions. Given the fact that the only restrictions in the book are provided on the charts at the back I have decided to leave following macros but my basic questions are Given the fact that I’m 6’1″ and 196lbs sitting around 6-8% BF and doing 6 lifts per week around 4-6pm I have decided to go with the 686gr carb load deploying it in 2g/LBM portions daily. First question is given my stats how much fat to consume with the back load given the act that I consume around 371.6g of carbs per load. Secondly is it ok to fill up the earlier protein needs at least a portion of it with WPI? And the last question is since we are supposed to keep it dirty (I know it’s better to keep it less processed) having that fries and burgers or sandwiches cookies icecream etc. every day a good idea or should there be some kind of balance of consuming mashed potatoes rice and banans and that sort of high GI carbs?
