Teen doing CBL – help?

    I am 16y/o, 150lbs and 5″5′ around 15% BF.
    I am looking to lean down a bit and maybe increase LBM – basically a recomp.
    I backload after every workout (3-5 times per week)
    I plan on keeping weekdays only/mainly whole foods – white rice, potatoes etc. and Saturday closer to a CN so a little above maintenance – would this be alright to do?
    Any advice is much appreciated – thank you

    Basically 5×5 stronglifts (use heavy weights not 20kg and slowly increase as Mehdi suggests) with some extra compound exercises

    Yeah that sounds good to me, you should see great results with heavy lifting and CBL especially being a teenager. I would put your heaviest day on Saturday prior to your biggest backload, but I’m sure you already knew this.

    Keep us posted on how things go, you should start a log if you haven’t already.

    I have done that yeah. I actually haven’t started a log… do I just make thread in the “Results!” thread?

    Come join the Strength Accumulators section, there’s only two of us who are updating currently and it’s pretty lonely.
    But I suppose Mr.ibob is going strong going solo over in the Density Bulkers section hahaha.

    This is the account I used to buy CNS… I didn’t buy CBL, read it from a friend’s iPad… So I unfortunately can’t access the Strength Accumulators thread now, anyway around this? I can only access all the CNS sections 🙁
