    Hello,

It is mentioned in the book that a 6 eggs omelette for example will cause a big insulin spike.

So, practically, should it be eaten at noon or in the evening for best results? (obviously not in the morning).

    Thank you.

That’s actually not what the book says at all.

“The solution: eat eggs with something fatty. Fried in plenty of
butter, omelets, scrambles with cheese, hardboiled with a handful of
nuts, whatever…bacon and eggs works well too.”

^That’s what it says in the book when talking about eggs and the possibility of an insulin spike.

Sure, if you make a DRY omelet, fried on a dry pan, without cheese or a fatty meat and just dry veggies and eggs… yeah, don’t do that. The simple solution is outlined in the book.

    🙂

You’re worried too much about this silly egg thing, it is one of the easiest things to get around when talking about insulin spikes.
