Second carb nite I killing me! I am just not hungry at all! Did sushi for my first meal and some pie that made me want to puke! I a second meal of lemon Greek yogurt with go lean crunch mixed in good? That would be carny while still being low fat but has a good amount of protein?
I'm running into the same problem with the hunger thing, but when it comes to high carb/high sugar foods, I can eat all day lol. The meals sound good and fit with in parameters of the plan. I would think after being low carb for so long, what you listed for meals should be insulin spiking enough.
I've got some home made low fat icecream on. 🙂Take quater of a honeydew melon (higher level of glucose than most fruits), cut it into small pieces and put it in the freezer overnight.On your CN, put the melon into your blender, add about 100-150g low fat sour cream and dextro and blend it.The frozen melon gives the mix a creamy texture - just like ice cream. 🙂
