    Hello,

    The search option dont work for some reason, so I ask.

    How should I use the carbs charts in the appendix to determine how much to eat on training days?

    The numbers of the weight loss delta and of the BW gives totally different numbers.

    On 154 lbs it seems I should eat 534g of carbs, which look a bit crazy I must say.
    On the weight loss delta its more close to 150-200.

    “Baseline” means maximum amount? Got confused I admit.

    My goal is fat loss?
