Hi, New to the forum – Low Carb Question

    My name is Steve.

    I started CBN almost 3 months ago at a starting weight of 260.

    I am not into working out other than work around the house and yard. My goal is to get down to 190. Current weight is 234 and I feel great for someone who just turned 65. The eating lifestyle has helped my knees and I don’t have the cravings that used to drive me nuts.

    Question about the low carb days. Do I eat when I am hungry or do I need to get a certain amount of fat every day? I find that I seem to be less hungry than I used to be.

    Um, the best answer I can come up with is “yes.” 🙂 Eat when you’re hungry but get a certain amount of fat every day. Realize as you drop weight your macros are going to change too, readjust occasionally. Great job and keep it up!
