Hello. I have a nicotine question. In the book, Keifer basically reminds users to use nicotine “away from carbs” even suggesting that CNS’ers shouldn’t use nicotine on the day of the carb nite or even the day after. This suggests to me that there is some kind of “clearance” time for previously ingested carbs.
Applying this to CBL…with SA, for instance, how do we know what this clearance level is? How many post workout carbs can I ingest the night before without putting myself at risk for the nicotine I use the next morning causing me a health issue? Are there any guidelines that anyone might be able to share? With CNS it’s pretty easy because you’re ingesting almost no carbs for most of the week, but with CBL you ingest carbs after every workout. Any help much appreciated.
