I have heard a lot of great things about CNS and CBL and figured it was time to make a change in my routine.  I'm 38 6' 275 lbs  my BF% is around 20-25.  I have been heavier while I competed in strongman and powerlifting but just didn't like the way I felt carrying that extra weight, so I would like to come in at a healthier weight.  Personally, I would like to get down to the 242 class and hopefully not lose too much strength.  I just purchased the CNS book and hope to start on a new path to great things.  As I browse through the forums I see a lot of people that have great information and hope to learn from all of you and possibly help in the process as well.

GOOD LUCK! To give you a quick tip while using CNS and not losing much strength, and since you're a Powerlifter, just concentrate on those main lifts. Put everything you can into those. Can try to do a few accessory work, but nothing in the high volume area. Jesse Burdick is a great example of "cutting" down while improving his lifts. Mark Bell is currently using CNS as well.

Thanks for the tip.  Lifts seem to be staying up while dropping weight so far.
