    Hey everyone! I’m new to forums in general but figured this would be a great place to tinker with the CLB and CNS protocols. I was CNS for a while with good results but my squash playing has picked up significantly, appx 6-10 hours per week of hard squash. Thoughts on protocol? I lift 2-3 days per week. Simple total body circuit aimed at improving squash game. Tx!

    WELCOME! If sports oriented, I would suggest CBL personally.

    Thanks Big Tex! You’re probably right about the activity and fuel not matching and I haven’t figured out how to use carbs effectively yet. I think I’m going to take some time off and do the reorientation phase back to CNS then cut down on my volume of squash until I start seeing the results I want. I love squash and it’s an awesome workout but my primary concern is leaning back out again, I’ll play for 2 or 3 days after my Carb Nite with some weights mixed in.
