Help with pancreas issues

    Ever sense starting carb nite and CBl ie learned a lot about my body I feel like there a recipe for insulin resistance though!! Some people who have it tend to do good on lo carb dietsBut I've also read it can make some people worse off and I think I'm one of them! I've been experiencing bad water retention for the first time ever my face almost always looks swollen and after researching It it's because my pancreas is pumping out lots of insulin and it says youll look like your drinking soda all day well i do! because im no longer giving carbs  to my body which before I was dieting on high carb, lo-mod fat, lo protein, which is actually how I fix my problem according to some stuff I've read that carbs in controlled amounts will keep your pancreas functioning properly.  Any thoughts or suggestions?  I do like how focused i feel more focused and less irritable running on ketones but I dont like how i look ( all the signs of insulin resitant) storing in the upper body and my legs are shredded realy weird cause it's usually the opposite when I'm dieting down?... I thought sodium might help but I think the opposite is true and makes me look smoother cause it says if u have insulin resistance your body will retain sodium. Anything I can do to reverse this besides eating carbs in the am and throughout the day again?
