bdw531MemberHi all,Stumbled upon CBL and Kiefer from an old EliteFTS article. Bought CBL1.0 and read it right away. 34 y/o male. 6 foot 4, 215 lbs. I've only been training for about 2.5 years. I weighed 195 when I started training. The heaviest I bulked to was 227 and bf got a little high, so I did a gradual cut for 4 months to current weight. I'm not sure what my current BF is, I bought some calipers and based on that I'm around 15%. Based on my pic below does that seem accurate?CBL intrigued me because I knew there had to be an alternative to the bulk/cut cycle. I want to add size but not get fat. I'm still learning and grasping the concept and hope this forum helpsFor training I use Wendler's 531. I have used a variety of the assistance options and like how I can add size and strength on his program. I am currently using the Simplest Strength template from his 2nd edition 531Below is a pic I hope will serve as my 'Before CBL' pic

Welcome.Based on your photo... I'd say your b/f% is somewhere between 15-17%. Calipers have an accuracy of ~5 lbs. either direction, if you pinch correctly.Best of luck to you.Cory
