    Hello everyone !I have a few question on  CBL1st) I workout around 1030am How should I do my my back load 2) Right now I am following carb Nite having awesome results ..dropped 16 pounds and one inch off my waist.How is Carb nite different from CBL.

    Backload the night before. Fast in the morning until your workout. Pick up the CBL book, it can answer your second question. Great job on your progress with CNS

Purchasing the book will explain a lot more. Especially your question above.

    CNS is seen as the fastest route for fat loss. The muscle gain is considered less than that of CBL.CBL is used for bulking while trying to stay the same weight or gaining a little muscle and losing a little weight.CBL does not blow CNS out of the water. They are 2 different programs.If you want muscle do CBL.If you want fat loss do CNS.
