Hi all! I just got back from the Bod Pod and the results aren't pretty! :-[ But that is why I started CNS, so hopefully this helps. I wish I would have done a BOD POD my first week on this, but it is week 3. Regardless, time to just move forward. ;DOk....so my results were as follows:44.7% Fat BOO! (88lbs)55.3% Lean (108.7)so from here, how much am I supposed to eat in fat/protein? It is my total bodyweight or my lean bodyweight?
Consume ~109 - 141 (max) grams of protein, each day. Start with fat @ 1:1 ratio to protein, and tweak from there for your body.Cory
