hey guys! I just finished my prep phase and i will start to backload tomorrow. I want to make it right. PLEASE HELP!
1. Do i ALSO have to eat a high amount fat during the carb backoading days?
Or should i only eat a high amount of fat during off days?
2. Are the baseline carbs in delta weight chart the amount of carbs i can eat even during OFFDAYS and still maintain my weight? or the MINIMUM amount of carbs i can eat during carb backloading days?
