PolishBe@STParticipantHey whats up guys. I recently bought CBL and I'm super excited to try it out. I recently have been on a super strict diet allowing me to get my bf % at 9.5%(Thinking its more like 10-11% because I used a GNC fat caliper and its probably 1-2% I'm thinking). So I decided not to go with the prep phase bc I am going to DB. In about one month I will take about 1 week off from the gym and then I decided I will to do the prep phase. I know I should do the prep phase but I cant stick to a stict diet any longer guys. Simply just too exicted to eat like a little kid again! 😀

Jack O'NeillMemberI will follow your log bro.I'm in the same situation... I'm in CNS to decrease my BF until about 10% before starting CBL.As far as training is concerned, I use Shockwave Protocol in CNS and I will use SP heavy duty with CBL.Good luck man!

PolishBe@STParticipantThanks guys. I started the DTP program with CBL, but im not training to failure. Too much volume! Using the ELECT lifting scheme from SW Protocol,and will be using SW really soon. Want to take a break for one week and let my central nervous system just rest from everything even cardio. Then I will start SW for building mass (DB). So far from one week of CBL I've gained 4 lbs and gained almost .5% of BF. Im loving every minute of CBL. Downing 350g of carbs is not easy I must say. Eating schedule:7am: HIIT 15-20min on off days only9am: black coffee 12pm: coffee w/ 1TSP coconut oil & heavy whipping cream, 1 giant bowl of salad topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, and 2 TSP of oilve oil, 2 handfuls of broccoli, 3 string cheeses, 8oz of meat.....sometimes if I get really hungry I add a handful of mixed nuts (>9g carbs).3pm: coffee, 2TSP of coconut oil, 30g of whey iso330pm: Train (w/ 10g whey iso, 20g of hydro casien, 3g leucine)445pm: PWO (27g whey iso, 27g of protein from 3 glasses of milk, 25g of hydro casien, 100g of carbs (from milk, and nesquik powder), and 5g of leuciene515: 8oz-10oz of meat, 2 cups of white rice, 1 coconut water, 2 desert items (usually 30-35g of carbs each), 1 glass of milk.545: FOOD COMA!I usually eat this every day and on my off days I do backload.I mix up my ULC meal with eggs and sausage patties every other day to keep it from getting boring.
