Morning of Carb Nite Macros

    Good Evening y’all,
    Tomorrow is my first carb nite in almost a year. Lost 11# in my reorientation and I am so excited for my carbs tomorrow. What is recommended for macros in the morning (lunch) I plan on lifting around 1 til 3, then PWO shake at 4, next the carb madness begins!

    Is it relatively low fat? or was it like 40g of fat, 60g of protein?

    Any input is appreciated!

    Anything, as long as it’s ultra low carb. What matters more is how much you eat at the end of the day.
