I started Carb nite about a year ago, lost 25 pounds, then took a break from LC for a while. Well, I want to drop some more so I’m back for more and loving it.
I’m not sure what I missed since I’ve been gone, so I was hoping someone could shed some light on how a half cup of Kefir would effect me on LC days. I’m trying to find ways to improve my gut health, and kefir really helped when I was off CN, and was hoping it would fit into my everyday routine.
Also, does anyone know of a good potassium source or a decent supplement I can get on, as my potassium levels have been low since hopping back on CN
