Macro Confusion?

    Hey everyone,

    I’ve read the book twice now and read quite a few posts in the forums and have a quick question

    From reading other posts in the forums here, people say the numbers are starting points, eg I’m aiming for 170lbs so my fat intake is 31.5g

    From reading the book though as I want to lean out I should be following the higher protein numbers and sticking to the 31.5g for fat or am I interpreting that incorrectly?

    Here’s what the book says “To lean down, use the fat levels in the table.”

    1g/BW is good, that’s probably the lowest amount during the first half of the day you should consume. Could start higher, and work your way down.
