Hi, I’m currently approaching my first carb nite, in this past week I’ve dropped roughly 1 dress size, I’ve gone from a (uk) size 16 to a size 14. I’m 5″5 I’m not entirely sure what I weigh, I don’t own scales and nor am I particularly bothered by what they say anyways. My goal is get back into a size 8/10. I’m doing kettle bell resistance training 3 x per week, I’m fairly lucky that I tend to build muscle relatively quickly. I have hyper mobility syndrome so I do have to be careful with what exercises I do. But so far so good. I’m hoping the by the end of September I could be a size 12 (hopefully a small 12)
