I only lost 2 kg :( Help Please

    Hi all,
    I started CNS from 01/08/2015 and I lost only 2 kilograms around 5 pounds 🙁 Can anyone help as I have been trying my best to keep track of everything I eat and now I am very strict and counting everything I eat even on Carb Nite. I even kept my carbs at a very low under 10 grams on some days 15 grams max.
    My workouts have been 5×5 training very similar to 5×5 stronglift, I don’t do cardio and only train 3 times a week.
    I work nights so I sleep around 8am in the morning and wake up at 1pm or 2pm and hit the gym at 2pm or 3pm.
    I was 85Kg now 83Kg and had 26% body fat now at 23.6% body fat.
    Am I missing something??? Someone suggested to try a mini carb nite mid week.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    If you’re not losing/gaining weight after a period of a week or two, then you’re pretty much at your maintenance level of food intake.

    Despite Kiefer’s sales pitch to “eat enough food to keep hunger under control without worrying about counting calories,” you can certainly eat too much food on CNS to lose weight. Calories do exist, and they do count.

    Cut your daily intake by 200-300 calories and you should see a difference within a week (assuming you don’t add any more calories to carb night).

    If there is no calorie deficit, your body has no reason to access its fat stores.
