im at 17.3 % bf, recently got the CBL e-book. Heard a lot of great things and saw someone on youtube using it so I got interested.
You might consider running CNS, first. Get down to 10-12% bodyfat, then switch to CBL (either SA or DB).I suggest this b/c CNS is quicker for fat loss, and you mentioned wanting to get sub-10%. This is the route I am heading, and it works well.I tried a month of CBL DB, and I lost 2 lbs. of fat while putting on muscle -- just wasn't fast enough. So, I switched to CNS. 1-2 lbs. is how much I lost on average PER WEEK using CNS.Welcome, and best of luck.Cory
