Hey I just have a small question (may be big i dont know). I work 5-9 pm at my workplace about 3-4 days a week. I do powerlifting and the only times i can train are from 3-5 pm on the days i work. I usually finish my training around 4:30-4:40. I can get in my pwo shake about 30 minutes after training but the problem is that I have to go straight to work and I only get about a 15 minutes for a break, usually around 7-7:30. I can maybe fit in a small carby meal such a slice of pizza or two in that break but thats about it then I come home at 9 and continue. I am currently doing the density bulking protocol focusing on muscle/strength gain while hopefully losing some bf%. i don’t mind if I dont lose any but i just dont want to gain any fat. Around low 20% bf, I dont want to focus on fat loss but if i do lose some percentages it would be a plus. Will continuing my backload after about two hours of a small carby meal be detrimental to the whole process at all or no? I may be overthinking this but I just need some clarification haha. Thank you.

No it won’t be detrimental. Your schedule looks fine.
