Hey guys I've been on these forums before but I recently hit a busy schedule between school and applications senior year blows. I am currently back loading and my goal is to get to about 15% body fat I am at 19 and to get my lbm up to about 170 in 3 months I'm at 163 I know my goals are really pushing it, but I push it in te gym ! My backloads consist of white rice, corn flakes and rice cakes for the major carb source but I do eat donuts once a week and pizza another
