Good Afternoon Everyone,My carb nite is coming up on Saturday and I wanted to share what I was thinking of eating and wanted advice to see what everyone else thinks of it.So, to start off the afternoon, I was thinking of having cereal with fat free milk- Cinnamon Toast Crunch.Next, I was thinking of some kind of protein source with french fries and ketchup. Crab rangoons and then make a cinnamon and sugar dessert pizza. Does that sound like a enough carbs or too little?
