    NEw to CBL going to start Monday I'm having trouble understanding pre carb calculator could someone help  thanks Quietman

    Pre-Carbs in the ULC meals should be non-existent.For the ULC meals stick to 1:1 in grams (fats and proteins). I would opt for eating about half you lean body weight in those meals. So if your lean weight is about 160lbs then eat about 80g of protein matched with fat. It's a good starting point but do what works best for you. Now you see how with a certain body weight has a certain number of carbs, that's the max limit you can take in. Work with that number and dial it in. Going overboard is best and then lowering it based on how you look and feel the next day.

    Tex is right on the money.Just ignore the charts in the back. Except for the delta chart for carbs, that's a good baseline for your max amount of carbs.
