On carb nite, does it matter when you start eating carbs? Ive been starting at 4:00 usually, but was thinking that I may start it at 3:00 instead? Would this be okay? Also, how long should I go between carb meals? Is there a set time? Does it matter?
Ok, that is really easy. What is the purpose of stopping the carbnite at least 2 hours before bed? Do I need to do that? I usually go to bed super early even on the weekends because my son gets up early so Im in bed by 9PM, so thats why I was going to start it at 3 instead of 4-5
I generally have give myself 30-60 minutes between finishing and sleep but you don't have to at all. 6-8 hours gets all the hormonal benefit with as little fat storage as possible.
