brianyoung74MemberHello everyone I am new to CBL/CNS. I am 8 weeks out from a Natural bodybuilding show. I am 5″10 185.6 LBS with about 6% BF. My goal is to get as lean as possible and keep as much mass as i can. I am going to try a something that i think sounds like a good idea. I am using the normal CBL with one exception post workout i take in 80 Grams of Waxy Maze and that is all the Carbs i have for the day. I do not do the masive back load like others do on a daily basis. However on saturday i will have a carb night after my workout. My logic for this program is the carbs that i am taking in PWO workout will only be used for glycogen replenisment and the insulin spike is temporary. I will have those glycogen stores for the following days workout. Moreover because i do not have the massive carb night my body will be able to switch back to using Ketones as the primary energy source rathar than glucose, so i will be back into fat nburning metabolism quicker. Also because i will be doing one carb night a week i will be recharging my metebolic hormones for the following thus not hitting a metabolic slowdown. This is just an idea i would like to know what you all think. i could be way wrong on the this but i am open to your insight.Thank BrianPS if you do have advice or suggestion please state your logic behind your advice. Dont just say CBL is better state why you think that

randyleahyGuestI will be interested how this turns out, you should start a log. It is a timed carb diet which is probably good for you being so lean already.

I meant start a log on here in the CBL section (if you bought the book I guess). You will be peeled, the big thing is to not lose muscle at this stage of the game.
