So I have been on CBL for about 2 weeks now (from Cnite) , and If anything I gained a little weight back since transistioning ( just water/glyco ) Since tho I havint really noticed any major weight loss, and Im wondering on my backload nights  (mon/wen/fri/-weights /sat-strongman) if Im getting tomany carbs. More I know your sapposed to check if your bloated in the morning, or look lean…but I was never a lean individual to begin with lol ;D.Anyway is there a definitive way to tell between bloated, and lean, if your not lean allready. Also during the week I sprint x 2, and train for mma x2-3. Sunday is my only off day. I work overnight (11-7am) so I usually sleep when I get home and wake up between 1130-1230, so my day starts a little latter. Some times I catch naps at work, and sleep more when I get home, and some times Im up straight through and sleep latter. Also for instance take my day today (typical weight training day)Wake up : Coffey w/ creama little later More coffey w/creamthen first meal is usually 3 eggs with cheese, 2 slices of bacon, turkey, and spinichthen its a PWO shake, then hit the weights for about 2 hourspost work out shake with about 30g's of carbsdiner with most of my carbs (50-100g's)then a dessert or two, maybe some caesin, then bed (work)What do you think ?

I don't know your weight or anything, but that's not nearly enough carbs. Since you say you do strongman training I assume you're on the bigger side. 😛Strongman training also requires (in most cases) that you backload differently than a normal SA approach. Did you read the book?

Sorry if I didnt give better information, and pose my question better. I was kind of in a rush when I wrote it. Yes I have read CBL, and CNS. Right now Im hovering between 185-189. When I went from CNS to CBL, I was 180-183. I want to get to 170lbs if possible. Im not a strongman competitor, I have just been using strongman style training recently as extra strength and conditioning, on top of my regular weight training , and conditioning. So I tallied it up and on my backload nights I get in around 200-250g's of carbs ( some clean, some "junk" ), and on non weight training days I stay VLC. I fast to the afternoon usually due to my schedule, and by the time Im done training (between 6-7pm) I eat untill 11:30 usually.
