Managed 8 days of the initial 10 day low carb period then had a dinner party. My diet before I started was already pretty low carb, maybe 30-80g a day. Do you think that I need to restart or will 8 days be enough?
I had a similar diet. so was already pseudo depleted.were you recording your weight over the days? I would think if your weight was staying pretty close from the time you went to bed til the time you woke up, you were probably pretty depleted.Also consider if you had done any carb depleting workouts during the phase.
Ah what! 8 days in and you had carbs?…well what did you have exactly? If had anything like low-GI carbs I would do the ten days over again with no flaws. If you're planning on doing CBL and not CNS, and had CBL carbs, then yeah might as well and do CBL.
Just re do it 10 days aint gonna kill you that way you get the maximum result, i pretty much ate no usable carbs even before cbl without knowing so i cut out all my veggies and took a multi seems to be working!
