hey everyone, looking for ideas. I am want to get back into powerlifting.  I have been doing “westside barbell for skinny bastards” for about 2-3 months and i think i can do more.  Looking for powerlifting protocols that are working for people along with CBL.

5/3/1 for Powerlifters is probably your best bet. If anything look up training routines off of the elitefts.com

What are your lifts at?  This will have a strong bearing on the program you should be doing.

I'd vote 531 or Texas Method except for your bench.  Your bench probably needs some advanced programming like some westside shit or an ed coan program.

Copy all. I am ok with bench being somewhat slow if squat and dl advance!  I think I am going to work 531
