So, I'm nothing fancy. Just some big powerlifter wanting to lean out some for the ladies. Would be nice to have my torso look like I lift heavy weights along with the limbs. I have a hard time throwing down all the carbs I want to eat, so thought, hey, lets look good and maximize the carb intake instead. As long as my deadlift keeps going up as it is (technically should when some of the gut goes away), that's all I care about.
