10lbs bigger at what body composition? 😉Well I guess it's just a matter of training, I have been ramping up my protein intake a lot over the years, when bulking I would eat 500g of yoghurt with a cup of oatmeal for breakfast, 750g of white fish for lunch, and then some 500g of lean beef with spaghetti for dinner and then before bed I would have 500g of cottage cheese.... LOLNot counted in the protein shakes or cans of tuna I would have when I thought, oh you haven't eaten for two hours.
