Is Couch to 5K alright to do while on CNS? It is bascially 30 minutes of interval training, the first several weeks…eventually getting up to run 5K. I am looking to increase endurance, and be able to join my husband on runs. Plus, I do it on a mtn bike trail…as I walk/run my dogs. I am out there anyways for 30-40 minutes…so thought this might help bust through my long suffering weight loss plateau. Thoughts?
I'm sure you can do this with CNS just put the bulk of the intensity closer to the CN, so if you had a CN on Saturday then the next few days put all the heavier instensity within that time frame. Be sure to eat accordingly too with your ULC meals.
