As with most proprietaries, save your money. Underdosed, and up-marketed to sound cool. Mostly it is full of stimulants that make you feel like it is doing something.Use what you bought, and don't buy anymore. Muscletech is one of the worst companies for high prices and up-marketing (hence the shit they get from Bodybuilders who use them as the brunt of esoteric jokes).Caffiene works, Yohimbine HCL works, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine works... but only if dosed properly. For men, there is evidence that Forslean (trademarked) works - as I've posted before.Cory

The ingredients are sound, for the most part.The big issue is the dosages of each. Clearly Caffiene is the primary ingredient, so the most heavily dosed, but that is the problem w/ proprietaries... they hide under-dosages.Glad you got it on sale. Yohimbe extract doesn't do much, you would want Yohimbine HCl. Yohimbe extract is just the plant extract, no one can tell you how much Yohimbine is really in there.
