CavemancopKeymasterI have a grappling tournament coming up in October, and I am thinking about using CNS to cut down to a good fighting weight. I am currently 5’10” 180lbs, and would like to cut down to the 169lbs weight class. Currently I am on a paleo, lower carb meal plan but have done CNS with some good results before. I want to start CNS ten days out from the night of weigh ins, with my conditioning, training and water loss I think the weight cut to 169 will be easy and to cut down to 159 might even be possible (the scales last time were 3-4 pounds light). After I weigh in will be my CarbNite. My first priority will be to re-hydrate so it will start off with Pedilite, Gatorade, Peanut Butter and bananna’s . My first meal will probably be a pizza or burger and fries. I’m really looking forward to low fat Oreos and milk, but I don’t know what else to eat.Does anyone have any experience using CNS for a weight cut? How does this look? Any suggestions? Thanks for any input.

Might want to separate your plan into one for fat loss prior to the comp and one for water weight loss through dehydration in the days before weigh in. These are two separate things. You said you have done CNS before. What were your results like then?
