Hello. I just bought the CBL book today but am no stranger to Kiefer and his ideas. I started reading about and toying with Shockwave almost 2 years ago, have read and followed Carbnite, and have been reading about CBL for about 2 years as well. I bought the book after realizing that my limited understanding of CBL was probably limiting my results so I finally let the moths out of my wallet (so to speak) and bought the book. My goal is pretty simple. I want to see my abs again. I haven't had a six-pack since I was about 21 years old and it's time to reacquaint my wife with them ;D Carbnite isn't going to work for me because I play rugby and depleted glycogen stores was destroying my performance late in games so it's time to give CBL a shot.My current stats:age: 34height: 6'1"weight: 238bodyfat: don't know, don't really care--around 14% if I had to guess. This is purely aesthetic so whether I need to be 10% or 4% is immaterial -- I just need abs!I probably won't be an active poster since I stay busy with work, family, the gym, and rugby but will be an active reader as I embark on my journey.
