Hiya, I just recently started the carb nite solution and had my first carb nite, which was fun… However I haven't noticed anything different about myself and been feeling really bloated and bigger ever since… I'm scared about my second one as its due in two days… How do I know if I'm doing it right! Iv been reading on here loads but still uncertain… Can anyone advise why I might be feeling like this?! Any help would be brilliant! 🙂

Look on the CNS member logs. There is plenty of information throughout the forums that list ULC meals and/or foods. The book even has some meal plans you can utilize.

Also 30g is a maximum. You don't want to be aiming for 30g, rather aim for zero and know you're ok as long as you're below 30. 😉If you're basing your meals on meat, fat and low carb veggies, it's actually really hard to get anywhere near 30g of net carbs. I usually end up around 10g.
