De-loading week

    If you are in your De-Loading week do you still do CBL OR ULC since you are not lifting heavy

    It's a personally preference. You can do the Deload week or just skip and go into the new heavy lifting cycle. Peter, fucking awesome video haha Lift Intensely! And Go Hard or Go Home!

    Like I mentioned before its a personal preference. You can ULC or do CBL. It really goes with how much you're actually lifting and what you're doing. So training ties in with diet as well.

    I experimenting with cutting my carb loading in half during the deload week. Doing it now so cant comment on its effectiveness.

    as i suggested on another de load thread, i think it would be a great idea for one to do a mini prep phase over again!
