NYEKeymasterSo to start off a little about myself. Ive been training on and off for 2-3 years now, and im always motivated to give my absolute best. But due to school and work i havent been able to find the time to get back to my previous condition ,which was great. But now that i do have the time ive started my diet and going full throttle on my training. The thing why i got my hands on CBL was the moment i saw Kiefer talking about his book and methods, it suprised me, and also because i have been doin my cutting diet for a whole month and only lost 6 pounds, which is saying to me that my body got used to it. So i figured why the hell not, lets try something new. Basically im doing bodybuilding, changing my training styles every week to keep the body guessing. The most suprising thing about CBL was that it basically eliminates the huge bulking phase. To tell you the truth i hate that phase. So during the summer i gained about 60 pounds while bulking and working out, that was last year. And suprisingly i looked huge and buffed. But as time rose and not having enough money for proper nutrition i didnt have the time to lean out and and had to carry that extra weight for a whole year. Yes i have to say im dissapointed in myself that this letting go happened to me. So now my goal is to lose 44 pounds of fat until new years eve:D I know it can be done because ive managed to do so in the past. So if im not asking much from you guys, wish me luck:DJust finished the CBL book, going to go through my notes to finalize my diet plan and changing my training to Metabolic Resistance Training. I have done this type of training in the past but not for more than a month, because it was exhausting. My current stats:age: 22height: 6'2"weight: 266All the bestNYE
