Looks sound, and the science behind it is sound as well. I'd give it a shot, and go for 6-8 weeks. At that point, your body will adapt, and you must switch routines for progress.I actually got a routine from MuscleMag a year or so ago that optimized all hormones in the body. It was a 4-day-a-week routine, and it was cyclical (by the week). The volume was considerably higher, though. It also utilized set extenders like Forced Reps. Never tried it.Cory

This is crazy.... I've been brainstorming a new program that basically combines 5/3/1 with fst7... this program is very close to what I had in mind... go for it... like Cory said stick with it for at least 6 weeks before you start tweaking it...

FST-7 is one of the most successful training protocols I have EVER used for hypertrophy. Period!Cory

man that is alot of training!! how long do your sessions go for?
60-90 minutes, tops. Then again, I only rest 60-90 seconds max, and typically 45 seconds, between sets.Even on FST-7.Cory
