Just wanted to introduce myself. I come here after having heard good things from Kiefer's approach on Rob Wolf's paleo podcast. I'm looking forward to being enlightened.I train Mon, Wed, and Fri from 9am to 10am, which it seem is the absolute worst time to train, so maybe CBL isn't going to be appropriate for me. We'll see.
Good to know.I generally get up between 6 and 6:30. Up to now my habit was to train fasted then drink some BCAA and eat a banana. It seems that I should add a cup of coffee afterwards.
