Hi all. I’m just about to start my first CarbNite cycle. I’ve got the book and am generally happy with what I’m planning to eat, I’ve been eating pretty clean for 6mths and prepare all my own food.

In the book it mentions to steer clear of yoghurt. I often eat full fat Greek yoghurt for breakfast, and in Volek & Phinney’s book on low carb performance they said you can eat as much of it as you like as all the lactose in the milk turns to something else (don’t recall exactly what) during the fermentation process so you can effectively ignore the carb content on the label whic is about 6g per 100g on my particular brand.

Anyone know for sure which is correct? Was Kiefer referring to the sugar laden pseudo yoghurts found in supermarkets rather than the natural stuff?
