Hi Guys,I haven't got the funds at the moment to spend a lot on supplements. I've got a shit load of whey concentrate, some bcaa's and will probably buy some leucine.I've done my prep phase and will do my first backload tomorrow night. I was going to structure my backloads in the following manner:Wake up 7am - coffee with cream or coconut oil10:00 - ground beef, 2 eggs or nothing12:00 - Train13:30 - 40g Whey concentrate (2g carbs) + 10g leucine + 5g creatineShortly afterwards - Some type of meat, vegies18:00 - Start backloadAm I on the right track with this ? Is there a better way to setup for midday training with the supps I have on hand ?ThanksSila

Whey isolate, Leucine and Creatine is the best and cheapest supplements. A good fish oil is a good supp to have. With the time frame of your training you'll have to experiment with either Backloading the night prior or that night. Unless you push it later in the afternoon.

Will using whey concentrate really be much worse than iso in the serving I'm using ? ie. 32g pro 2g carbs 2g fat

Concentrate will be fine to start. You will just get better more consistent results with isolate
