So Ive run CBL/SA for about a month now,  gained 8lbs, my gut is bloated, but I must say Im the strongest ive been in a while. Im thinking in order to get things back on track, I should run another prep phase(7-10 days), see how much I loose, and take it from there. Maybe go back to CNS. I got fights comming up and Im way off of where I have to be to even begin cutting weight. Also going on vacation week after this one, and since Im probolly going to be a bit off track to say the least. I figure I might as well be good this one.

this post contains no ? So in lieu of a question I will give you my completely unsolicited advice. Decide on what goal is most important to you currently and adjust accordingly.

I would do a full ten days after doing CBL for a whole but that's just me

I never got bloated on CBL SA.  Have you noticed increase in bodyfat?  What carbs do you mainly consume for your backloads? Also, Doing a prep phase is a good way to change it up for a week but you could always increase pre-workout calories a bit and throttle back on your backload calories.  Just a thought -  I like CBL SA for fat loss / muscle gain and maintenance.

My main carb's are white potato's, basmati/jasmine rice , somtimes some sugary cereal and or a couple of cookies (mon, wens, fri). Saturday is usually strongman event day, and since its probolly the hardest I tend to go higher in my carb count for that day ( and a little trashier), but Im allways under 500g's, and during the week its usually between 150g's -250g's. As of today my BF (according to calipers) is around 12% give or take. Suprailliac test reading is 15%.
