I would search around the forums a bit to find good meal plans and what to do with CBL. Have you figured out a plan to follow? Meals should be 1:1 in grams for fats and proteins for each whole food meal. Use whey for a PWO shake along with Leucine and Creatine.

Richard SchmittModeratorI would pick up the book.
+1 trust us, it will explain a lot than what you would get from second sources besides the DH forums and website.

wierengaGuestwell to be honest… i was kinda happy with what i was doing untill i found this website… you see i've been doing it “my” way for some weeks (with less calories )and did go from 95 on 15/16 % to where i am now...but reading all these posts made me confused.... sorry for lying about it earlier but reading all this made me wanna check up before i moved to adding calories (bulk) and ask if i was doing it right before starting...well anyway... i guess i'm gonna stick to this untill progress stops and then adjust or even buy the book... it might not be kiefers CBL but its working for me!thanks again
